1. General Terms

By renting a vehicle from Inacio Car Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is binding between you (the renter) and Inacio Car Rentals (the company).

All renters must present a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.

The vehicle is to be used solely for personal or business transportation within the designated rental period and geographical limits set by Inacio Car Rentals.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance, and payment must be completed at the time of booking.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as approved by the company.

The rental fee includes the base rental rate, applicable taxes, and any additional services requested by the renter.

3. Vehicle Use

The renter is responsible for the vehicle and must ensure it is used in a safe and lawful manner.

Smoking, transporting illegal substances, or engaging in illegal activities in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Failure to do so will result in a refueling charge.

4. Insurance and Liability

Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals. Additional insurance options are available upon request.

The renter is liable for any damage to the vehicle that is not covered by the insurance policy.

In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify Inacio Car Rentals and the local authorities.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No refunds will be provided for early returns.

6. Late Returns and Extensions

Late returns may be subject to additional charges. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify Inacio Car Rentals if an extension is required.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional costs.

7. Maintenance and Breakdown

The renter must promptly inform Inacio Car Rentals of any issues or breakdowns experienced during the rental period.

Inacio Car Rentals will provide roadside assistance in the event of a breakdown.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Goa. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Goa.
